What I Believe in & Stand for:  BODY & MIND (Code of Ethics)

“We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows their own path and renunciation. It’s one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it’s another to think yours is the only path.”

— Paulo Coelho

Ellen Z. Sims

I am passionate about nature, animals, and helping people feel heard and seen, connecting with their true nature, their heart's calling. I have been trained in many different healing modalities from counseling to craniosacral therapy and indigenous ceremony and medicine.

When I am not with clients I am traveling, meditating, writing, reading, painting or trail running. One of my deep loves is enjoying good food and especially with those I love who also enjoy it.

Ellen Sims came into my life through our memberships in Washington Women’s Foundation, an organization using pooled private philanthropy to impact social justice and community development. Ellen’s participation was remarkable to me because it represented a passion for improving the lives of diverse populations and personal sacrifice on her part. As acquaintance became friendship, I’ve experienced Ellen’s courage, heart, compassion and dedication to well-being as a healing state of being. I’m twice her age but only half as attuned to human frailties, strengths and healing as Ellen demonstrates in her chosen pursuits.
